Provide your pet's name, breed and gender.
Submit multi-angle photos of your pet. Please attach one high-definition main photo for reference during creation.
Note down your pet's distinctive features (including fur characteristics if needed).

Step 2: Submit Photos

Send us your pet's photos to confirm the production arrangement.

Step 3: Confirm & Receive Your Order

We will contact you for final confirmation when the work is nearly completed. Delivery will be arranged once you are fully satisfied.

Customization Notes

Our handmade works take 20 to 90 days to finish. No returns or refunds will be accepted after order placement.
Delivery takes 7 to 25 days.
Care Instructions: Gently brush off surface dust with a soft brush for daily maintenance.
We may shoot production behind-the-scenes clips for portfolio display. Please inform us in advance if you have privacy concerns.
