【Shipping & Policy Rules】

1. All pet remains (hair, whiskers, teeth, etc.) must be prepared and sent by the buyer. We do not provide any pet materials.

2. All shipping fees for sending pet remains are fully covered by the buyer. Our store does not bear any return or material shipping costs.

3. Please pack all pet remains clean, dry, and fully sealed. Keep them away from moisture and dirt to avoid mildew or damage during delivery.

4. Please wrap teeth and hard fragments with protective padding to prevent loss or breakage during transit.

5. After sending your pet’s remains, please leave a message or provide the tracking number for safe receiving and proper preservation.

6. All personal pet materials are used solely for your custom artwork. We will never share, reuse, or disclose your private memorial items. Any leftover materials will be sent back together with your finished piece.
