We truly value your experience with us. If you are unhappy with your finished piece, please reach out to us at Noble_Needle@outlook.com within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll do our best to resolve any issues.

All items are made-to-order, custom handcrafted works—each one created with hours of care and attention. For this reason, we do not accept returns.

If adjustments are needed, you may send the item back at your own shipping cost, and we’ll revise it free of charge until you’re fully satisfied.

Order Cancellation Policy

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at checkout to secure your production slot and materials. The remaining balance must be paid in full before your order ships.

Once production has begun, we are unable to accept cancellations due to the labor, time, and materials already invested in your custom piece.

Every item is a one-of-a-kind handmade artwork. We truly appreciate your understanding.
